What processes does PC Recyclers use to ensure that your assets are disposed of properly and with the highest level of security?

We have a detailed chain of custody process that enables us to carefully monitor and protect your assets from the moment we receive them until the disposal process is complete.

• Employee Training – Before the process even begins, we ensure that our employees are trained to adhere to the R2 standard
• Equipment Handling – Our employees will do the heavy lifting and load your assets with care and provide you with a detailed receipt
• Secure Transportation — Equipment is transported under lock and key from your facility to ours
• Asset Management — Upon request, we can track equipment through the process by serial number and provide a receiving report of data containing assets
• Data Destruction — We ensure that your sensitive data is destroyed, by following the NIST 800-88 wiping process or by physically destroying them in our shredder
• Certificate of Destruction — Upon request, we will provide a Certificate of Destruction (COD) confirming data has either been wiped or physically destroyed
• Facility Security — Our facility has video surveillance, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our office is located across the street from the Meridian Police Department and the Idaho State Police buildings
